About Us
Dynamic Roofing Pty Ltd has been servicing the construction and restoration industry for the past 22 years. Our aim is to provide each customer with the best possible service, in a timely manner and to the highest possible standards.
We have an impressive list of accomplishments, for example we reroofed the copper dome and the slate and metal roofs of Goulburn Court House. The methodology of coppersmiths of 1887 had to be duplicated to exacting standards and we are very proud of our work on this project as this is a heritage item of State, and possibly National importance. Not only were all of the court house roofs done to the highest possible heritage standards, but also the court houses were operational during the whole period of the works. Another Government project of which we are extremely proud of our contributions to, is the Conservatorium of Music in Sydney. This project involved asbestos removal, replacement of roof structure, reshingling, gutters and downpipes and lead ridging. This project was completed with the highest level of standards, safety, quality assurance and administration. We have worked on many high profile and prestigious sites including: Public Works Dept (as the Dept of Commerce was formerly called) Head Office in Newcastle, Sydney University, Art Gallery of NSW, Chief Secretary's Building, Trades Hall, Newcastle Court House, Singleton Court House, Lands Title Office in Maitland, Sydney Golf Club, Dame Eadith Walker Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, St Andrew's College, Sydney Grammar School, Kambala Girls School, Methodist Ladies College, Pymble Ladies College, Sceggs, Woollahra School, Blackfriars School, Central Plaza, the Bradman Museum, Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority, Stadium Australia, Flemington Markets and many, many Churches. We have worked with several forms of slate roofing material, including Welsh slate, Spanish slate and Canadian slate as well as shingles such as Eternit shingles. Several properties we have worked on have worked on have won House of the Year Awards (private residence at Longueville) or been nominated and won commendations for heritage work (Rockwall House at Potts Point, Ben Boyd House at Bondi and Railway Institute Building). We have also worked on many beautiful residential properties and have references from prominent leaders, architects and businessmen from NSW. The Managing Director of Dynamic Roofing Pty Ltd is Greg Bradley, who has been in the roofing industry for the past 26 years. He has a degree in Business Studies from University of Technology, Sydney. Whether the project has been large or small, an iconic heritage building, a family residence, a commercial building or an industrial site, Greg and his experienced team have always been committed to offering a highly professional and expert service which focuses on quality and detail. |
